Is a bouncy castle allowed?

Yes — an 8ft bouncy castle is allowed. If you are planning to bring one, please mention it when booking so we can confirm the setup details.

Can we use our own catering?

Yes — you can choose either in-house catering or bring your own catering. Please let us know your preference when booking so we can advise on setup.

Can we bring drinks for the children?

Jugs of juice are provided for children. Outside drinks are not permitted.

Can we hire outside entertainment?

Yes — outside entertainment is welcome. Please tell us in advance what you are planning to bring so we can make sure the space is suitable.

Are there any restrictions on special effects?

Foam and snow cannons are not allowed, as the floor becomes slippery when wet.
